Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchanges will be processed up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original and unused condition, in original bags (whenever possible) accessories to ensure credit. Once your return has been inspected BBOSI will issue a refund in the original form of payment or process an exchange based on the request on the form.

How to return an item:

  1. Complete the return/exchange form found here.
  2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return along with the form securely in the original product packaging, if possible. If you do not include this completed return form we will be unable to process your return.
  3. Send the return package to:

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid and sent through United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • We cannot accept shipments through private entities such as Fedex or UPS, we also do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

  1. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment or process an exchange based on the request on the form.

Customized Products:

Any item(s) that have been customized or custom built to specification are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
